A comprehensive and detailed inspection of all visible components and systems for each individual unit and shared areas, including the roof, exterior, interior, doors, windows, attic, crawlspace, structure, foundation, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, insulation, ventilation, and built-in appliances. Each unit will be inspected separately, including individual mechanical systems, electrical panels, plumbing fixtures, and safety features. Shared spaces such as hallways, stairwells, and common mechanical systems will also be evaluated. Every inspected component will be thoroughly documented with detailed descriptions and photographs in your report.
